Application Process
If you are interested in applying for any of our properties to rent, then please contact our office on 0113 2888 666 or download our application form and email it to rentals@alancooke.co.uk.
Before setting up a tenancy, we will complete a referencing process using a third party referencing specialist. To assist you moving into the property for your desired date, it is vital that all the information on the reference forms are supplied fully completed and legible – missing information will invariably delay the application.
Additional proof of identity and proof of residence at your current address will be required, acceptable documents would include a recent utility bill (no more than 3 months old) and a driving licence or passport. All prospective tenants over the age of 18 will need to be referenced and sign the tenancy agreement.
At the commencement of the tenancy a security deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rental is required, together with at least a full months rent. Acceptance of an application form is not an offer of tenancy but will be subject to references, landlord’s consent and subject to contract.
All adult, non-UK nationals, including EEC citizens, must provide evidence of
